Aston Energy South West was established in January 2014 by Phil Aston NDEA MRICS and undertakes Non-domestic Energy Performance Certificates for clients throughout the South West of England. Phil is a Level 3 Energy Assessor and Chartered Surveyor with over 25 years of commercial and business property experience. Qualifying as a Non-domestic Energy Assessor in April 2009, he has undertaken many hundreds of assessments on all manner of different commercial premises.

Being based in Plymouth, Aston Energy will undertake Energy Performance Certificates in Devon, Cornwall and Somerset. Most EPCs will be turned around in 24 to 48 hours although large complicated assessments may take slightly longer.
